360° Virtual Tour creation for Art Galleries and Exhibitions

Take a fully interactive 360° virtual tour of the Innovative forms exhibition at the Lettering Arts Centre.

The Lettering Arts Trust is dedicated to supporting the age-old art of letter-cutting in all its many forms. Regular Exhibitions showcase pieces from artists all over the UK. The exhibitions can be based on themes, artists or a specific form of letter-carving.

The April 2020 Exhibition, Innovative forms, is due to run for several months to showcase the work of John Skelton and had taken many years to curate. As the exhibition opened, Government restrictions due to the spread of Coronavirus meant that it had to shut its doors immediately. ambientLight has captured previous exhibitions to preserve them as promotional virtual tours. But in this case, we took the bold step to make the exhibition fully interactive online, allowing everyone to still enjoy all the work that has gone into the exhibition. Working together with the Lettering Arts Trust and the curators of the exhibition, we’ve been able to add an audio narrative and alongside pop up information points to explain more about John Skelton’s work.

This has truly turned into a 100% Virtual Exhibition for now. Hopefully one day the public will be allowed back in to visit. We’re glad we could help people from all over the world to enjoy the exhibition under these unusual circumstances.
